Here is for sale my Dakine Speed Seat Harness,it’s been used just a couple of times, so in excellent (as new condition),it DOES include Dakine Spreader Bar (8″ as for the slider),condition as I said is excellent, just a few times use,it’s the classic seat harness made by Da Kine Hawaii,it stayed on their website for ages although they brought new models every single year or sometimes month, WHY? because when it works don’t fix it.Size small – 28″ to 34″, I’m 28″ to 32″ (depending on my diet), I let my friend with 34″ waist to try it on and it was as great as for me when I was lean at 28″, very adjustble!!!http://www.shoponthebeach.com/4800/products/Dakine_Speed_Seat_Harness.aspx?&utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=PriceComp&utm_campaign=PriceComp1So if it’s so good why to sell it?The reason for sale is my recent injury which will take a few years to heal (Spine, not windsurfing related).It COMES with a spreader bar, which is sold separately, 8″ that allow it to slide, to twist your body up to the wing without shifting the harness.Bid with confidence, see my feedback.Thank you for your interest.

how can I determine what windsurfing sail to get?
ALERT! I am a noob at this stuff, tell it to me in a way that I would understand, thanks.
I'm looking into windsurfing lessons, and of course, getting the hang of it before I buy equipment, but I don't have the slightest clue about the differences
First, do a windsurfing course. The school will provide the gear. Beginners use wide boards and small sails. After a year or two you may have two boards and three sails. A wide board and small sail for big winds and a narrow board and large sail for light
