Singapore , 1 April, 2011 – Nike today announced the Nike Goddess 5K, a run targeted exclusively at girls to encourage them to own the sport of running. Female runners form an integral part of the running community in Singapore and the Nike Goddess 5K is a race created for them to own. To be held in the evening on 7 May, 2011 at Singapore’s scenic waterfront promenade, only 5,000 girls will get to be a part of this inaugural race.
