Is the VN liner (rbk 4k) or the EPP liner (rbk 8k) safer in hockey helmets?
I will approach my answer from different angle.
both 4k and 8k pass HECC and CSA certifications so from safety stand point, i.e. just hitting your head both will provide adequate protection.
But the difference is in the fit,
