The new Nike VR Pro driver has already received plenty of validation on the world tours. Anthony Kim and Francesco Molinari put it in play at the end of the 2010 season. John Cook used the club to win the season-opening event on the Champions Tour this year and again two weeks ago.
And the VR Pro was in the bag of Venezuela rookie sensation Jhonattan Vegas when he captured the Bob Hope Classic at the end of January. Vegas averaged 309 yards off the tee over the five rounds of the Hope, each of which he scored in the 60s. And on two of those rounds he hit the fairway every time he hit his driver.
